We live in a toxic world.

Despite our best efforts to clean up our diet and other aspects of our lifestyle, we’re still exposed to toxins. In addition, our bodies produce toxins as a normal part of healthy digestion. Inefficient elimination can lead to a buildup of these “endotoxins”, affecting our health.

There are seven major channels of elimination. Most people think right away of the bowels and urinary system, but we often overlook our liver, blood and lymph systems, lungs and even our skin.
